Hi,Welcome to our luxurious home in the sun! "Alba" is a large,single storey,4 bedroomed villa with a private pool,jacuzzi,games room,free wifi and only 15 mins drive to Disney! "Alba" is situated at Highgate Park in Davenport,which is an exclusive gated community. The master bedroom has a king sized bed,tv and a lovely en-suite bathroom.Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and a tv.Bedroom 3 has 2 twin (single) beds and a tv and bedroom 4 has 2 twin (single) beds.There is also a queen sized sleeper settee in the living room,if needed. There is a spacious living room,elegantly furnished,to relax in after a long day at the parks and a family room with a massive 52" cable tv and dvd. As well as formal dining there is additional dining space in the nook and pool side. The Games Room has pool,air hockey,basket ball and darts. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped so you can prepare a full meal,if required and there is a really useful laundry room with a clothes washer and drier to help you keep up with the washing. There is a lovely patio area around the pool and jacuzzi with loads of chairs and loungers so everybody can soak up that Florida sunshine. There is a crib (cot),highchair and stroller available at no extra cost. Alba is situated at Highgate Park in Davenport,15 mins drive to Disney! Seaworld,Universal and Wet'n'Wild are close too,within 30 mins drive. The new Legoland and Tampas Busch Gardens are around 45 mins drive away. Floridas Atlantic Coast with the Kennedy Space Centre and the surfers paradise at CoCo beach are around 60 mins drive away. The beautiful,white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast,definately not to be missed, are also around an hours drive. There are loads of shops,attractions and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets a short drive along highways 27 and 192. Walmart,Target and Publix all have large supermarkets within 5 mins drive.Walmart is open 24/7.
